As someone who has personally navigated the profound grief of losing my husband, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my practice. Through my own journey, I have explored, refined, and integrated a wide range of holistic tools and practices, from mindful movement, meditation, and creative expression to reflective and somatic-based approaches that have supported me in processing grief and finding healing. These practices now form the foundation of my counselling approach, offering guidance that comes from both personal understanding and professional insight.
