This personalised one-on-one 12-week package is designed to guide you gently through grief, supporting your whole being (body, mind, heart, and spirit). Combining holistic grief counselling with grief-informed meditation, mindful grieving yoga therapy, and expressive grief art therapy, this support package helps you process, shift, and soften grief while reconnecting with yourself and rediscovering purpose.
Each week is thoughtfully structured to provide balance, reflection, and healing. Some weeks focus on one-on-one counselling, others introduce guided meditation, mindful grieving yoga therapy, or expressive art therapy. This layered approach allows grief to be experienced fully while providing practical tools and compassionate support to move through it in a gentle, nurturing way, and in a safe space, one-on-one.
Over the 12 weeks, you will explore grief through every part of your being. You’ll reconnect with your physical body through mindful movement and gentle yoga therapy, releasing tension and finding grounding. You’ll nurture your mental body with meditation, breathwork, and reflective practices to bring clarity and calm to a mind often overwhelmed by looping thoughts. You’ll engage with your emotional body through creative expression and guided reflection, allowing raw, intense emotions to move through you rather than staying stuck inside. And you’ll tend to your spiritual body, exploring connection, meaning, and remembrance through rituals, guided meditations, and practices that honour your loss and your ongoing love.
A Week-by-Week Journey
Week 1 – Holistic Grief Counselling Session (75 minutes)
Begin your journey by exploring your grief in a safe, supportive space. This session invites you to reflect on how your loss impacts your body, mind, heart, and spirit, and to start uncovering your personal story of grief. You’ll begin to identify patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your journey, laying the foundation for compassionate self-awareness and holistic healing.
Week 2 – Holistic Grief Counselling / Meditation Session (75 minutes)
This combined session blends counselling with guided meditation, inviting you to explore how grief shows up across your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. You’ll reflect on patterns in your body and mind, notice your emotional responses, and connect with your deeper sense of meaning and spirit.
Week 3 – Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Session (75 minutes)
Reconnect with your physical body through gentle, mindful movement. Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy helps release stored tension, restore energy flow, and cultivate a sense of grounding and presence. By moving with awareness, you support not only your physical wellbeing but also your emotional resilience, creating space for grief to be felt and gently processed.
Week 4 – Holistic Grief Counselling Session (75 minutes)
This session offers a safe and supportive space for talking through your grief through compassionate guidance and attentive listening. Where you can reflect on your journey and share whatever has emerged for you. It’s a chance to speak openly about the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that need to be expressed, even the raw or overwhelming ones.
Week 5 – Grief Meditation Session (75 minutes)
This grief-informed meditation session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your journey. You’ll be guided through practices designed to nurture calm, bring clarity, and foster spiritual connection, while also exploring ways to maintain a meaningful, ongoing bond with your person.
Week 6 – Holistic Grief Counselling Session (75 minutes)
This session offers a dedicated space to continue exploring your grief and gently work through any emotional blocks that have arisen. You’ll have the opportunity to speak openly about your experiences, reflect on what has shifted so far, and consider what still needs attention or care.
Week 7 – Expressing Grief Art Therapy Session (75 minutes)
This art therapy session provides a personalised, creative outlet to process emotions that may be difficult to put into words. Guided visual expression is tailored to your grief and where you are at, allowing you to explore and release complex feelings in a way that feels safe and supportive. Through this process, you can honour your unique experiences, give form to what’s inside, and create a gentle space for reflection, expression, and emotional release.
Week 8 – Holistic Grief Counselling Session (75 minutes)
This session is a space to reflect on the insights and experiences you’ve gathered over the previous weeks. You can openly explore challenges, share emotions or thoughts that have surfaced, and notice how grief may be shifting. It’s an opportunity to integrate your learnings, deepen self-awareness, and continue building resilience and compassionate strategies for navigating your grief journey.
Week 9 – Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Session (75 minutes)
Return to gentle, mindful movement to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your physical body. This practice supports emotional healing while cultivating presence and awareness of how grief shows up physically, nurturing your mind, heart, and spirit.
Week 10 – Holistic Grief Counselling Session (75 minutes)
This session provides an open, supportive space to speak freely about whatever is on your mind or in your heart. It’s an opportunity to reflect on your journey, honour the progress you’ve made, and explore how your grief has shaped your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. You’ll also identify ways to continue caring for yourself, nurturing your holistic wellbeing, and carrying your person’s love forward.
Week 11 – Holistic Grief Counselling / Meditation Session (75 minutes)
This session combines grief-informed meditation and counselling to deepen your spiritual connection and foster inner calm. You’ll revisit personalised strategies for ongoing support while honouring your loved ones’ presence.
Week 12 – Holistic Grief Counselling Session (75 minutes)
In this final session, we honour your journey and acknowledge the progress you’ve made. You’ll reflect on the insights and tools that have supported your mind, body, emotions, and spirit, and consider how to carry your person’s love forward while embracing life with renewed purpose, connection, and a sense of wholeness.
