This foundations grief program focuses on mindful grieving through yoga therapy and meditation, taking a somatic, mind–body–spirit approach to support you through your grieving process and gently help shift grief held in the body.

The program offers a safe and nurturing space to be held, seen, and heard within a supportive group, allowing you to soften your grief, calm your mind, and restore your spirit after loss.

Carefully designed to be accessible and inclusive, this program is suitable for beginners to yoga as well as those with an existing practice, across all fitness levels and stages of grief.
