Grief touches every part of us… mind, body, heart, and spirit… processing grief and healing deserves the same kind of depth and care. This Signature Holistic Grief Program is a multi-modal therapeutic journey designed to support you in a gentle, compassionate, and integrated way. Across the program, you’ll be held in a nurturing space where movement, creativity, meditation, reflection, and human connection come together to guide your healing from multiple directions.

Through mindful grieving yoga therapy, expressive arts therapy, grief-focused meditation, and reflective journalling, you’re invited to reconnect with your inner world, release what has been held, and honour the story of your loss. These practices work together to soothe the nervous system, deepen emotional expression, and offer pathways for meaning-making that reach beyond words.

Alongside this, the support and presence of a small group community help you feel witnessed, understood, and less alone. Together, these elements create a holistic container where you can soften into your experience, rediscover steadiness, and move toward integration in a way that honours your unique journey.

This program is offered with care for anyone seeking a deeper, more compassionate approach to grief, and one that embraces the whole person and gently guides you toward healing on every level.

A Week-by-Week Journey

Week 1 – Grounding and Arriving
We begin by gently arriving together, grounding into the body and settling into the supportive space of the program. This first session offers grief-informed meditations to help you come into presence, along with opportunities for group connection as we start to build safety, trust, and a shared foundation for the journey ahead.

Week 2 – Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy (Gentle Hatha Yoga)
In this session, we continue to deepen mindful awareness through gentle movement, reflective journalling, and supportive practices that help you connect with your inner experience. These embodied approaches begin to gently process and shift grief held within the body. Toward the end, relaxation and meditation offer space to soften, settle, and return to a sense of calm and presence.

Week 3 – Expressive Grief Arts Therapy
This session invites you to use creative expression as a gentle and supportive outlet for grief. You will be able to explore thoughts and emotions that may be hard to express in words, with space for group reflection and connection to deepen the process. No creative skills or art experience are required, just an open heart and willingness to explore.

Week 4 – Grief Meditation Therapy
In this session, guided meditation creates a gentle space to connect with the memory, presence, or essence of your loved one in a way that feels safe and supportive. These practices help you soften into your inner world, while group sharing offers compassionate connection and reflection as you continue your healing journey.

Week 5 – Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy (Yin Yoga)
This session offers a slow and restorative yin yoga movement, offering space to soften, release tension, and allow grief held in the body to emerge with gentle awareness. Quiet stillness, meditation, and group connection support reflection and presence, providing a compassionate container for exploring and tending to your grief.

Week 6 – Expressive Grief Arts Therapy
This session invites you to engage in a meditative art therapy practice, exploring a gentle and calming technique to express and process your grief. The focus is on the creative process itself, allowing for reflection, relaxation, and a soothing connection with your inner experience.

Week 7 – Grief Meditation Therapy
In this session, grief-informed meditation practices support grounding and self-enquiry. You’ll continue to explore your grief with care, connecting with your inner wisdom and the love that remains, cultivating clarity, gentle awareness, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.

Week 8 – Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy (Gentle Hatha & Yin Yoga)
In this session, gentle mindful movement blends hatha and yin yoga, helping you connect body and breath while integrating physical sensations and emotional experiences. Mindful pauses and meditation provide space to notice, release, and cultivate grounding, clarity, and self-connection.

Week 9 – Expressive Arts Therapy
This creative session offers a space to revisit and gently express your grief, allowing you to weave together reflections, insights, and emotions gathered throughout the program. Through this process, you can acknowledge your journey and honour your experiences.

Week 10 – Integration and Closure
In the final week, we honour your journey and bring together the practices, insights, and growth experienced throughout the program. Guided reflection and group sharing offer space to integrate your learnings, acknowledge your courage, and step forward into the next chapter with a sense of grounding, clarity, and hope.
