Carefully created for all levels, this program welcomes those who are new to yoga as well as those with an existing practice. It honours every stage of grief and every experience of loss, meeting you exactly where you are.

These practices become companions along the path, helping you to soften the edges of pain, release what longs to move, and create space for rest, peace, and renewal.
This program creates space for both the ache and the ease, for moments of release and tears, and moments of stillness, spaciousness, and calm. Within this program, there is also the possibility of sensing your continued bond with your loved one, not through longing or loss, but through presence, memory, and the quiet love that still lives within you.

Online - Individual ProgramThis integrated Creative Arts Therapy program offers a private space to explore your grief through creativity, reflection, and self-expression. It is designed to help you give form to what may feel beyond words, and to express your thoughts and emotions in healthy, therapeutic ways.
Through a range of creative modalities, you’ll be invited to explore your inner world and express your loss in a way that feels natural and intuitive. Creativity becomes a bridge between the inner landscape of grief and the outer world of shared human experience, helping you to tune into and release emotions.
No artistic skill or experience is required. This is not about creating a masterpiece but about allowing the creative process itself to support healing, connection, and gentle self-discovery.
